Taylors Classics, based at Longtown near Carlisle in Cumbria, produces traditional puddings from the freshest of ingredients. The company is ran by Paul Taylor, who has trained at the likes of Gleneagles, Northcote Manor and alongside Gary Rhodes at the Greenhouse.

Paul went on to run Magentas restaurant in Carlisle. A successful restaurant winning many accolades for the quality of his food, including two AA rosettes and an award from the Michelin Guide.

The most popular dish that Magentas was famous for was the Bread and Butter Pudding. This is what led to Paul, along with his business partner Stephen Armstrong, starting Taylors Classics.

The range of desserts now includes sticky toffee pudding, which when tasted at shows and events around Cumbria, was claimed to be 'the best by a long shot'.

Also our chocolate slab, which is gluten free is pure indulgence!

All of the desserts are hand made and use only the finest ingredients.
